Introduction and Acceptance

joya2 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "platform" or "joya2") is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("user" or "player") and joya2.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

Advancement to a higher tier depends on regular activity and active participation on the platform. Cashback is generally provided on a weekly basis and the amount may vary.

Bonus abuse or bonus hunting is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account may be cancelled and all funds may be seized.

Responsible Gaming Policy

joya2 may detect any suspicious activity on its own and reserves the right to close an account without investigation. This decision is final.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by joya2

joya2 may suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Providing a false identity or forged documents.
Suspicious or fraudulent financial activity.
If evidence is found that the user is underage.
At the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

8.2 Closure by Player

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, email [email protected] or contact us via live chat. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.
